Shipping policy

We deliver products domestically and internationally using multiple carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others. After order fulfillment, you can track your order via a link sent to the email address listed on the order.

The shopping cart calculates both domestic and international shipping costs, which depend on the size and weight of the product and your location. We aim to ship all orders within three (3) business days.

Any international order will list you, the customer, as the importer of record. You authorize GridPlus to import the goods on your behalf by placing an order. Please note that GridPlus cannot account for additional importation costs as these vary by jurisdiction. We do not charge tax for international orders at checkout; however, the destination country may charge duties and taxes at your expense. This reiteration of your role as the importer ensures you are fully aware of your responsibilities and obligations.

As described in the Terms of Sale, products may be subject to import and export control laws and regulations in the United States and elsewhere. You must comply with all domestic and international import and export laws and regulations that apply to the product. These laws may include restrictions on destinations, users, purchases, sales, and end-use.
