Shipping policy

We offer free standard worldwide shipping on all orders, and we aim to ship orders within 3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Most orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with GridPlus covering applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Due to local regulations or carrier restrictions, some destinations require DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping. For orders shipped DDU, you, the customer, are considered the Importer of Record. By placing an order, you authorize GridPlus to arrange importation on your behalf. You will be responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees upon delivery. Products may be subject to US and international import and export laws and regulations, which can include restrictions on destinations, users, purchases, sales, and end-use. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and restrictions.
